In July 4, Dileep is Gokuldas, a taxi driver operating at the Coimbatore airport. His service as a driver is often used by a businessman (Devan), as the existing driver poses more problems than help for the family. Gokuldas soon becomes really close with the family members.
Later, Gokuldas is called by the businessman during his elder daughter Sreepriya's (Roma) betrothal. But not many knew that the beau (Sarath), a young businessman -- and son of ACP Ramachandran (Siddique) -- was in fact in love with Sreepriya's younger sister, Shilpa (Mangala). Things get even more curious when Sreepriya, who went to appear for an exam, fails to return home.
It is soon known that she had hired Gokuldas' taxi on her way back. Everyone begins jumping to conclusions, most believing that Sreepriya and Gokuldas possibly eloped. But did they go on their own, or was the girl kidnapped? Or even worse, was someone else also involved in the whole meddle?
