Krrish, now in Tamil!

To Hrithik, playing a superhero was like "realising his childhood dreams." He added, "All children dream about Superman and super powers. I had such dreams too, and came closest to realising those childhood fantasies through Krrish."

According to him, "Krrish is not about special effects. It is a simple story like Koi... Mil Gaya. The strength of the film is also its story -- of the love between a grandmother and a grandson."

If making Koi... Mil Gaya was 'tough', Krrish was 'tougher'. "I was going into an area not explored in Indian cinema," he said. He also added that, if the film did well, they would release a comic book. "So far, films like Superman and Spider-Man were based on comic strips. It will be vice versa for Krrish."

And, whose voice will Hrithik use while dubbing his dialogues in Tamil? Nizhalkal Ravi, the actor who dubbed for Amitabh Bachchan in the Tamil version of Kaun Banega Crorepati 2.
