Personally, in everyday life, I can't do things as easily as I used to. I wear my hat a lot more. My family is really excited by all this -- they get a lot more attention at home now, the people in my home state are quite excited and want to know what's going on with the movie and with me; my mom's students are forever coming up with little things, Superman toys, stuff like that they found, and showing her all of that...
George Reeves, who played the original Superman on television, said a downside to the role was that people were always trying to beat him up, to see if it could be done...
(laughs) It hasn't happened to me yet, because the film isn't out yet, but yes, I am aware that kids might think that way.
