Mohanlal's Harbour Market
The superstar spoke to Shobha Warrier about his Bangalore restaurant, Harbour Market: "As we are into manufacturing masalas, pickles, etc, I look at starting restaurants in India as an extension of that. Moreover, we already have restaurants in the Middle East. When we did a market survey in Bangalore, we found there was space for places serving quality seafood. We decided to have seafood as our speciality because we have a seafood factory. So, a certain quality can be maintained."
