I took up Bigg Boss because I thought I was losing myself. I act everyday and play many characters. Because I play these characters, people think that's what I am. So for me, TV is a place where I can be myself.
There was a survey done years ago that said that 90 percent of actors lose their mind when they get old because they have been playing different characters everyday. They are never themselves. So to keep working and not lose myself, I took up TV. It's not only about money. Money becomes secondary when your reputation is at stake.
