The 26-year-old Mumbai native was lucky to study at the J B Petit School in south Mumbai because theatre personality Pearl Padamsee was a friend of the principal. Padamsee directed plays produced at the school and triggered her love for the theatre. Faezeh graduated in acting and directing in the US and acts on the Mumbai stage.

At college, she loved watching The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek. The happiest moment in her acting career so far, she says, came when she was asked to act in the same play. She has acted only in English plays, but played a bit part in a Ram Gopal Varma movie.

When she isn't acting, she works as a personal trainer at a south Mumbai gym.
