Another new project has been titled Good Boy Bad Boy.
The film stars Emraan Hashmi as the 'bad boy' and Tusshar Kapoor as the 'good boy.' When Subhash Ghai asked Kapoor how he felt about his nice guy image, the actor smiled. "I love it, because people assume I'm good, and I can get away with murder."
To be directed by Ashwini Chowdhary, the film stars Tanushree Datta and Kisna's Isha Sharvani as the female leads.
But it's the other projects that are more exciting.
Abbas-Mastan, currently directing Mukta Arts' 36 China Gate -- starring Kareena Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna -- have promised the banner a big multistarrer thriller next year.
Nagesh Kukunoor, after his Iqbal success, has said his next film will also be for Mukta Searchlight, the banner's independent films' division. As of now, the director is working on the script and eyeing a 2006 release.
Finally, Ghai will make an announcement soon regarding his own film. The director is all set to helm a megabudget musical, and it seems likely to be a multistarrer.
"No stone will be left unturned," Ghai claims. With Mukta Arts' 27 year track record behind him, it would be wise to take him seriously. Expect fireworks.
