The beautiful, blonde champion of the Beauxbatons wizarding school. She makes men go weak in the knees, thanks to her grandmother being a Veela (magical creatures that enchant men).

Ron takes a fancy to her, and even Harry gets twitchy in her presence. Ron actually asks her to be his Yule Ball partner. She, obviously, refuses.

She dislikes most things about Hogwarts, but gets off her high horse after Harry rescues her sister during a Trwizard Tournament task, jeopardising his own chances of winning the coveted cup.

Interestingly, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Fleur gets engaged to Bill Weasley, Ron's handsome elder brother.
