This is not an altogether awfully written film -- since it's a scene by scene ripoff from Ghost.

The only horror this film provides is by replacing the terrific Demi Moore with Sheeba. Rahul Roy plays the Patrick Swayze role, and that's not too bad because Roy's decent at looking hapless.

Just watch the original film again.
