Girish Dhamija, who is originally from Haryana, debuts as a director with Yakeen.
Dhamija has been working with the Bhatts, as a dialogue writer, right from Dushman and Zakhm (1998).
But he has been more closely associated with Vikram Bhatt's films like Raaz, Kasoor, Inteha, Footpath, Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage and Aetbaar.
Interestingly, Vikram Bhatt takes up the pen with Yakeen. He has written the script.
