Nikhil (Rampal) is a business tycoon, married to Simar (Chopra). It is not the ideal marriage -- the spark seems to be missing. But when their car plummets from a hill, their life changes.

Simar nurses her critically injured husband, who is also suffering from amnesia, back to health. In the process, the two rediscover each other.

Nikhil starts getting sudden flashes of memory, and tries to reconstruct his life through pieces of information from friends and family.

He hires a detective and tries to uncover the truth about himself.
