All of Aishwarya Rai's 2004 films -- Kyon! Ho Gaya Na…, Bride & Prejudice and Raincoat -- bombed.

In 2005, she had just one release, Shabd. It bombed as well.

The film, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, saw her loosen up a bit and agree to a steamy bedroom scene with her leading man.

When asked why she agreed to it, she replied, "I don't need to do things to draw attention. I didn't do that in the beginning and I don't need to do that at this stage of my career."

The film did not draw any attention either.
