His calendar is booked till next year but the actor finds the time to speak to Rujuta Paradkar about his next film, Madhoshi, costarring Bipasha Basu. It will release on September 24.

Tell us about Madhoshi.

Playing a normal role means you are being lazy as an actor. I always get to play interesting roles.

In Madhoshi, I play an arrogant member of an anti-terrorist outfit who believes in his country.

The movie is an unusual story about a woman's [Bipasha Basu] struggle for life. She is engaged to Priyanshu Chatterjee but is in love with my character. It is also about her fight for survival against schizophrenia.

Trivia: I'm a self-confessed tea addict. I need to have at least 40 or 50 cups a day!
