Rumours come from our profession. Sometimes they are created to generate excitement in a forthcoming film. As a marketing strategy, such rumours are appalling. You can't use the people who work for you. Initially, when I was a model, my parents would be ruffled by such gossip about their daughter. Now, they just read and forget.

Are you happy with John's career?

Very, very happy. I am elated by his success in Dhoom; not just because he is my boyfriend but because he's a very hard-working, intense and good actor.
