TatsianaDate: October 5.

Venue: Grand Hyatt, Mumbai
Occasion: Unveiling of White Feather Films' Musafir Item Bomb by Zee Music, followed by the film's music launch.

Zee Music, along with White Feather Films, had conducted auditions in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Dubai and London. 14 girls had been short-listed, and these further competed for the coveted spot. The jury panel consisting of Abhishek Bachchan, Vivek Oberoi, Zayed Khan, Aditya Pancholi and Saroj Khan allotted marks based on their face, body and the oomph factor.

Winner Tatsiana will gyrate to a dance number with Sanjay Dutt in his forthcoming, Musafir. The two runner-ups -- Lisa and Anisha -- are tipped to feature in a music video each.

Just before the winners were announced, Dutt danced with all 14 girls, who wore skimpy red outfits, and pouted while moving around him. Then, he shook a leg with his Musafir costar, Sameera Reddy.

Speaking on the occasion, Bharat Ranga, Business Head, Zee Music said, "In our pioneering endeavor to provide a tailor-made platform for aspiring girls, Zee Music and White Feather Films created a concept to identify a talented girl with style, look and attitude to be paired opposite Sanjay Dutt for an item song in Musafir. We were surprised at the overwhelming response."

Musafir stars Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Aditya Pancholi, Sameera Reddy, Shakti Kapoor and Koena Mitra, and is directed by Sanjay Gupta. It is slated for a November release.

Sanjay Dutt [centre]The film is about Lucky (Kapoor) who has enough troubles for a lifetime. From various orphanages to juvenile delinquent homes, from petty crimes to jail sentences, he has seen it all. Fed up of living a dishonest life, Lucky wants to start afresh.

But his going gets tough when he finds himself duped by his girlfriend. Worse, he discovers that a dreaded drug lord (Dutt) is baying for his blood. To save himself, he has to carry out an assignment on behalf of the Mafia. A roller coaster ride begins for this 'musafir', where he strikes a deal with a group of Israelis. But he is not alone on this journey. A mysterious lass (Reddy) and a cop (Pancholi) are hot on his trail.

Sameera plays a married woman who is bored of life and wants to experiment with love and sex. Sams (as she is fondly called) even shares a long smooch with Kapoor.

The music of the film is composed by Vishal-Shekhar.
