In this Shakespearean take on the Stan Lee saga, Peter's mentor -- the scientist who fondly tells him to win his love's heart with poetry -- turns crackpot the way only a Marvel bad guy can.

The megalomaniac Doc Ock, played by the fabulous Alfred Molina, is a menace beyond proportion and enjoys terrorising the world around him at every opportunity. That includes robbing banks, tossing old ladies in the air and ripping trains off course.

Not to mention those chilling tentacles.
