Director Raj Kanwar has not scored a hit in a long time. His last film, Ab Ke Baras, introducing Raj Babbar's son Arya, sank at the box-office. His earlier films like Farz, Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke and Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega did not create ripples either.

Andaaz is slated for an April 18 release.
