Escape From Taliban

Based on the life of Sushmita Bandopadhyay who married Afghan national Jaanbaaz Khan. She follows Khan to Sarana, a small town 18 hours away from Kabul, only to encounter hatred.

Manisha Koirala, who plays Sushmita, will hope to reinstate her reputation as a sensitive actress with this film.
