Aishwarya Rai's first production, it is co-produced by brother Aditya with a script by mom Brinda.

The movie revolves around Jai (Arjun Rampal), a wealthy businessman in South Africa, obsessed with Tia (Aishwarya), who responds to his affection with indifference.
