What happens when the girl you love also happens to be your best friend? What happens when she decides to get married... to someone else?

Meet Sanjay (Uday Chopra), a young Casanova, living in Mumbai. Everything is going fine till he gets an unexpected phone call. His childhood friend Anjali (Sanjana) has called to invite him to her wedding.

All of a sudden Sanjay realises that he loves Anjali.

With not so noble intentions, Sanjay immediately sets out for Dehradun to sabotage the wedding. There he meets Anjali's prince charming Rohit (Jimmy Shergill).

Thus begins the battle for the best man. Will it be childhood sweetheart Sanjay or good guy Rohit?
