This Vikram Bhatt film makes it to the list not so much for quality as for success. Here, Hollywood rip-off (inspired from What Lies Beneath) meets Hindu mythology.

Bhatt made a horror film, stayed faithful to genre conventions and got a fairly good performance out of Bipasha Basu.
