"I feel I have rediscovered myself after Dhadkan."

Dharmesh Darshan's Dhadkan turned out to be the turning point in Shilpa's sagging career.

At one point the film looked jinxed, when Sunil Shetty walked out, Arbaaz came in, only to be dumped for Sunil again.

There were talks of Shilpa getting ousted too, who specially did a nose job to get her look right for the part of Anjali.

Fortunately, these were only rumours and Dhadkan worked for Shilpa and she was even nominated for the Filmfare Award in the Best Actress category.
