Sanjay Narang, who studied hotel management at Cornell University, set up a chain of restaurants under various brands and formats across India and also airline catering units under the "Skygourmet" brand, according to the company website.
Rachna Narang, who also studied at Cornell, was the brains behind setting up and managing a chain of Bakery shops called Croissants. She now heads the in-house Design Team and is responsible for designing all Mars Hotels and Restaurants, it says.

Nilesh, who studied at Wharton School, handles all research-related activities and supply chain along with many other responsibilities. Vinita, who studied at Kellog Graduate School of Management, handles Lupin's role in advance markets and manages United States and Europe among other roles, according to the company's website.

Piramal Group, a diversified global business conglomerate has business in several areas, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, innovative research & development, information management, financial services, real estate, and packaging glass.
Anand has been instrumental in the Piramal Group’s foray into real estate, and leads the Piramal Realty business as Executive Director. He graduated with Bachelors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA from Harvard Business School, according to the company's website.

She is AB cum laude, Economics & Political Science, Brown University, and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, according to the company's website.
Nisaba is Executive Director, Godrej Consumer Products, and leads the innovation strategy for the company. She also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and Associate Companies. Nisaba has a BSc degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, it says.
Pirojsha Godrej is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton School of Business in 2002, Pirojsha completed his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University in 2004, according to the company's website.
