Reliance Industries reported a marginal rise in net profit to Rs 5,631 crore (Rs 56.31 billion) in the fourth quarter ended March 31 from Rs 5,589 crore (Rs 55.89 billion) a year earlier.
Turnover rose 13 per cent to Rs 97,807 crore (Rs 978.07 billion), Reliance said in a stock exchange filing.
The company announced a dividend of Rs 9.50 per share.
For the full financial year, the company reported a 4.7 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 21,984 crore (Rs 219.84 billion), while turnover was up 8.1 per cent to Rs 401,302 crore (Rs 4.01 trillion).
