Beijing International Automotive Exhibition or simply called as Auto China is a biennially event occurring since 1990 and it has moved to the fourth position in the auto shows around the world after Frankfurt Auto Show, New Delhi Auto Expo and North American International Auto Show held in Detroit annually.

Hyundai ix25

The concept model of the upcoming SUV was showcased to the world for the first time. The all new ix25 will be showing off the traditional Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 and inherit design cues from sibling Sante-Fe.

The front consist of hexagonal grille with LED headlights while the overall profile of the car is sloppy.

Hyundai ix25

Rear boasts of simple profile with wrap-around tail lights with integrated exhaust outlets on to the bumpers. Hyundai ix25 would share its powertrain with Hyundai i20.

The car will soon undergo the production line in China and for the Indian market, we expect it to launch in a couple of years. If launched, the car will compete with Duster and EcoSport in India.

Mini Paceman

Mini also unveiled the new version of Paceman at the Auto China and this time added a bit more to enhance the sporty appeal.

The front has hexagonal grille framework accompanied by large headlamps at both the ends.

Rear taillights are horizontally arranged for the first time in a Mini to give it a unique look.

Mini Paceman

A pair of 16-inch 5-Star ‘Air Spoke’ designed alloy wheels have been added. The Mini Paceman will be available in new graceful and contrasting color options.

Interiors have been neatly carved for the fresh appeal. Mini Paceman now gets 218hp engine with 4WD driving mechanism.

Audi TT

German automaker was not behind in the launch. It revealed its new off-road concept car TT at the auto show. From exteriors it poses a striking resemblance to the Q3 SUV.

The car seems to be a combination of a coupe and SUV with high ground clearance and tall wheels.

The third generation TT poses a single frame horizontal shaped grille with standard Xenon headlamps.

Audi TT

Under the hood, it sports a hybrid engine that is a pair of 2.0L TFSI turbocharged engine and two electric motor, combination of which gives 407bhp power output and torque rated at 650Nm.

The engine is coupled with 6-speed e-Stronic transmission system. On electric mode the car gives an impressive mileage of 50km.

The car can also be wirelessly charged through inductive procedure.

Bentley Hybrid Concept

The British luxury automaker showcased its vision for future cars that will be more fuel efficient and powerful in performance.

The hybrid concept car revealed at the show is actually based on company’s flagship model Mulsanne.

The acme of design can be seen at the exterior and interiors where copper is used for fashioning the radiator grille, headlamps and the entire leather cabin.

Bentley Hybrid Concept

The hybrid credentials help to increase the power up to 25 per cent and reducing carbon footprints by 70 per cent returning a range of 50km on electric mode.

Besides this, the luxury automaker also revealed three new India bound cars at the auto show; Flying Spur, GT V8 S and the Continental GT Speed, which is the fastest car ever from the company.

Honda Concept B

Honda unveiled a five-door compact saloon at the Beijing International Auto Show. The production version of this hybrid car will be launched by 2016.
