President B G Srinivas, also a key contender for chief executive after S D Shibulal retires, was the highest paid in 2013-14.
During the year, he received a total compensation of $1.3 million (Rs 7.8 crore), including a salary of $844,453, bonus and incentives of $281,415 and other compensation of $154,143.
However, including those who left the company during the year, Stephen R Pratt was the highest paid at the Bangalore-based company in the year, earning $2.1 million (Rs 12.57 crore).
Pratt was an executive council member and headed utilities and resources for North America.
He quit in January to start his own venture.
The other key chief executive contender, U B Pravin Rao's total compensation during the year was $333,085 (Rs 2 crore), including a salary of $74,133, bonus and incentives of $137,007, other annual compensation of $107,814 and amount accrued for long-term benefits of $14,131.
The second highest paid was Prasad Thrikutam, senior vice-president (strategic sales, marketing and alliances) with a total annual income $787,401 in the year.
