The group has completed similar projects in the IT hubs of Pune and Bangalore and this is the first time they are foraying into Kerala, CMD of the group, K Rasheed Malik said.
The project 'Sky Wings', having over 400 apartments - two, three bedrooms and studio flats, will have hanging gardens in every floor, Malik said.
The complex, coming up in five acres, would have facilities like supermarket, office space, service apartments, restaurants, club house, health club, tennis courts, he said.
There are five blocks - one would be a commercial complex, another a service apartment and three residential apartments having two and three bedrooms and penthouses. The apartments would be priced from Rs 35 lakh upwards. The entire project is expected to be completed in three years time.
Malik, a Keralite, said his group was the first real estate company to introduce Service apartment concept in Hinjewadi in Pune where IT and BT park is located and in Bangalore. It has successfully completed more than 50 projects, he said.
The group has also started construction of apartments at the temple town of Guruvayur and would also be starting projects at Thrissur and Palakkad, he said. Kerala Tourism minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will formally launch the project on Saturday.
