Flexible working practices improve employee productivity and creativity, says a study.
According to a report by workplace provider Regus, 75 per cent of Indian respondents believe flexible working is a critical measure for achieving higher productivity.
Besides, 77 per cent of Indian respondents said flexi-working encourages greater sense of responsibility and time management, while 77 per cent said that this practice fosters greater creativity.
It further said that flexible working also improves the quality (67 per cent) and speed (65 per cent) of decision-making.

These findings are part of a new global research report from Regus based on responses from 20,000 senior business managers in 95 countries, including India.
