Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the Budget in the Lok Sabha on Monday.
Jaitley described his three priorities as:
- strengthening India's firewalls by ensuring macroeconomic stability and prudent fiscal management;
- driving growth through domestic demand; and
- reforms to boost economic opportunity.
