Another dispute resolution mechanism under Vivad Se Vishwas

The government will bring in another dispute resolution scheme under the Vivad Se Vishwas-2 to settle commercial disputes. If MSMEs fail to execute the contract, 95 pc of performance security will be returned to small business as part of Vivad Se Vishwas, Sitharaman said.
