According to Economic Times, with a railway fare hike having already been implemented, the Railway Budget 2013 may not hold too many surprises for the common man.
As ET points out, Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal has already announced his intention to introduce 100 new trains, including AC-double deckers.
