Could you please explain to our readers how does someone play Lexulous online?
Lexulous is a word game where up to four players compete against each other by creating words from various letter tiles.
The game is played on a 15x15 grid on which players create words by placing tiles at intersections on the grid. Certain intersections have special values and can increase a player's score.
Scores are totalled from the point values of each letter tile plus any bonuses.
The first player creates a word using the center intersection and everyone, in turn, must play off the tiles on the board to create new words.
The game is over when all the letter tiles are played or no player can spell a valid word with the tiles that are remaining. The player with the highest score (after tiles left in hand are adjusted) wins the game.
Now that Lexulous is back, unfinished games and points of Scrabulous have been retained. Could you please explain?
Old games of Lexulous have been revived and we have made changes to them to distinguish them from the Scrabble crossword game.
All the points scored in the games in its earlier avatar have been added to its new form.
Why did you choose Facebook? How do you get to use the Facebook platform to showcase Lexulous to users?
Facebook has a developer platform that anyone can use to port an application on to their site and let Facebook users use the application.
