Ford to hire 1,000

Ford India, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, USA, proposes to add 1,000 employees to its India operations this year as part of its plan to attract the best talent.
As part of maintaining its status and nurturing talent within the company, Ford had recently has cut down 'one hour' of work time in the Sriperumbudur facility to get feedback from employees, even from technicians. Ford believes this will help it have good communication between top executives and even lower level employees.
