In a survey conducted by 'Great Place to Work Institute' and The Economic Times, among the top 50 companies, IT and ITeS sectors dominate the best workplaces' list. The institute researched and promoted the concept of 'Great Places to Work' for over 25 years and is now present in 40 countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
The study uses an employee-centric methodology. Workplaces were ranked on a points scale based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
