Barry Diller, chairman and chief executive officer of IAC, and chairman of Expedia, Inc. received a salary $184 million, mostly from stock options.
His base salary is $500,000. Diller has served as chief executive for a number of media companies before he founded IAC. IAC has more than 35 fast-growing brands.
Some of IAC's businesses include Ask.com, Match.com, Citysearch, Evite, ServiceMagic, RushmoreDrive and Gifts.com.
