Mukesh Ambani-controlled Reliance Industries on Wednesday said there are no proposals for a bonus issue or a stock split of its shares.
Commenting on media reports, RIL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange, "At present, there are no such proposals having been discussed by the board of directors of the nature stated in some media reports".
Reliance Industries shares were trading at Rs 964.10 up 1.19 per cent at the BSE.
