DLF, Indiabulls win Rs 450 cr land deal

Kenneth Builders & Developers, a 50:50 venture of a subsidiary of Indiabulls Infrastructure and a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLF Universal, has won the auction of 35.8 acres of residential land located in South Delhi for a consideration of Rs 450.01 crore (Rs 4.50 billion). 

According to a release issued by Indiabulls Financials to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the open auction was carried out by Delhi Development Authority.
