Jeh Wadia on Britannia board

Britannia Industries Ltd on Thursday said it has appointed Jeh N Wadia and Emmanuel Faber as additional directors on the board of the company.

The board of directors took this decision in their meeting held on Wednesday, Britannia informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
