In a bid to come up with more lucrative offers for its customers, Reliance Infocomm on Tuesday launched a 'Lifetime Validity Prepaid Voucher' of Rs 995.
A subscriber loading this voucher will not be bound by any particular tariff plan 'for the lifetime.' With Reliance India Mobile, he will have the option to choose from the company's wide range of pre-paid vouchers and tariff plans as per his requirement.
"Our subscribers will now continue to receive incoming calls for a lifetime and at the same time they can choose their tariffs for outgoing calls," S P Shukla, Reliance Infocomm (wireless) president, said.
If the subscriber expects high outgoing calls in a particular month, he can use Rs 430 voucher and get the benefit of lower calling rates (Rs 430 voucher gives him night calling to a RIM for free and day calling at 40 paise per minute within the state), a company release said.
This lifetime validity voucher of Rs 995 - at present available with e-recharge -- comes with Rs 50 talk-time, pre-loaded. Those who need to make outgoing calls occasionally can recharge with top-up micro-recharges, starting from Rs 10 and make outgoing calls at the default calling rates of -- Rs 1.99 for a local call and Rs 2.99 for all other calls in India.
The company is also offering 'Marathon SMS pack' worth Rs 180, allowing 18,000 short messages to be sent over six months.
