UTI Bank has endorsed Mona Singh, the leading character of the serial to promote their new savings product 'Smart Privilege Account' designed especially for women.
The bank has launched the product to facilitate women to manage their financial matters independently. "Banking is not just putting money in a bank account. This new account will offer facility to look after investment issues for today's women," Singh said while launching the product.
The facility offers a free minor's account for the account holder's children, discounts targeted at women products beside usual benefits attached to a general saving bank's account.
"This is not just a savings account for women, it is a relationship. We will also offer investment plans including of retirement and insurance products specific to women like critical illness cover for diseases," UTI Bank senior vice president (retail savings liability), Manju Srivatsa, said.
"The bank would continue to focus on segmentation approach as growth strategy. We already have products for senior citizens, trusts and NGOs and priority banking for high net worth account holders," she added.
