JOYFUL MOMENTS: HP India President Balu Doraisamy (L), Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and Tina Ambani, former Bollywood actress and wife of Reliance Industries Vice-Chairman Anil Ambani, are tickled by Anil Ambani's humour who having first lamented that he could not qualify for the award, wondered if such a stricture could be applied to politicians in the Lok Sabha too.
