WINNERS ALL: Prasoon Joshi, R Subramanian and Sulajja Firodia Motwani pose with their awards. The three winners symbolize a young confident India and are role models for youngsters who feel they can succeed on the strength of their vision and commitment.

The selection process saw 72 names being short-listed in the three categories initially. The list was then pruned to 5 in each category. The final winner was selected by a panel of judges which had Union Revenue Secretary Vineeta Rai, Asian Paints Chairman Ashwin Dani, Citigroup Venture Capital International MD Ajoy Relan, Ma Foi Management Consultants Chairman K Pandia Rajan, N M Rothschild & Sons (India) MD Munesh Khanna and Business Today Editor Sanjoy Narayan.
