The company has launched a 'campus connect' campaign which aims at improving the quality of graduates from engineering colleges in the country to coincide with IT industry requirements.
Infosys has committed Rs 10 crore (Rs 100 million) for Campus Connect in the first phase for training students, faculty and providing industry inputs into the curricula for 30 engineering colleges across the country.
(Left) The Food Court at the Bangalore centre is an hyperbolic parabola, designed on the lines of the Sydney Harbor Opera House. Around 4000 quadratic equations were crunched to get the structure right. It houses three food courts and a gymnasium, a clothing store, a bank and other facilities for the employees.
