ITC has reported a 15.50 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 397.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2003 when compared with Rs 343.92 crore in Q1 of the previous fiscal year.
Total income has increased to Rs 1,485.90 crore from Rs 1,433.99 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal, according to a release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
The stock is flat at Rs 747 on the BSE at 1030 hours.
