There are picnics, parties at the city’s hip discotheques and events like ‘parents day' and sports meets. Every employee gets free medical insurance. Company buses pick up and drop them home.
"Just monetary benefits cannot help retain employees. You have to make them feel part of a family and comfortable working in the organization. They should want to be here more than anywhere else,” says Abhinav Mayank, Operations Manager, Infowavz.
