The best agents on the floor make 8 sales a day. Consistent performers are rewarded with incentives like trophies, all-expenses paid vacations, CD players and most importantly, office-wide recognition for their performance.

Everyone who makes a sale get their name -- their floor name -- posted on a white board that hangs in the center of the operations floor.

"There’s tremendous competition among us but no jealousy. When your partner gets a sale, you congratulate him and then think, ‘Now I got to make mine.' You really want to see your name on the board," says Rekha.
