Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today (December 20, 2002) has decided to issue the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 to all the Fully Paid Shareholders.
An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled on January 22, 2003 for approval of the Shareholders to decide about Issue of Bonus Shares.
The Board has also decided to increase the Authorised Capital from Rs 205 million to Rs 300 million.

MRF Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 264.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2002 (Q4-02) as compared to Rs 96.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2001 (Q4-01). Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 3880.20 million for Q4-01 to Rs 4826.90 million in Q4-02.
Further the Company has posted a net profit of Rs 784.60 million for the year ended September 30, 2002 (FY-02) as compared to Rs 317.40 million in the year ended September 30, 2001 (FY-01). Total Income (Net of Excise) for FY-02 is at Rs 18441.20 million as against Rs 17180.40 million in FY-01.
