Bangalore Labs in strategic alliance with Planet One

Bangalore Labs Pvt Ltd has announced a strategic alliance with Planet One Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology holding company providing IT solutions in the Asia-Pacific market.

The alliance has resulted in the formation of Bangalore Labs Asia Pte Ltd.

The newly formed company will provide customised IT infrastructure management solutions. Bangalore Labs Asia aims to leverage Planet One’s existing clientele across ten countries in the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, the company will open offices in Singapore and Australia.

“Customers of Planet One and its subsidiary companies--3D Networks, FCS Computer Systems, Planet PSG, CRM Software--provide an ideal launch pad for Bangalore Labs’ services in the Asia-Pacific markets. This gives us immediate access to a customer base of over 2,000,” TG Ramesh, chief executive officer of Bangalore Labs Asia Pte Ltd said.

On the domestic front, the company has focused its service offerings to address clients IT needs on three key parameters- availability, performance and security. The technology solutions practice has clients like GE Capital international Services, Hindustan Lever Ltd and Pepsi among others.

The security consulting practice has added various clients like Hughes Tele, Spice Telecom, Pidilite and Vysya Bank. The company is the first in the country to set up its international management and resource center, an innovative facility that manages customers applications, operating systems, server platforms, databases, networking elements, connectivity, security and Internet performance.
