1. Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou, China

The Pearl River Delta stands as the world’s No 1 innovation cluster in 2025 for the first time. Shenzhen’s start-up energy meets Hong Kong’s financial might and Guangzhou’s industrial base, making this region a global lab for AI, robotics, 5G, and biotechnology.

2. Tokyo-Yokohama, Japan
