There’s nothing quite like a photograph to capture the year gone by, is there?

As the year draws to a close and we look back on the months gone by, we are asking you, our readers, to share with us the best photograph you’ve shot this year.

It could be from that long-awaited vacation you took or just a street scene that you shot on your way to work.

Share with us, dear readers, the most scenic, awe-inspiring, or quite simply the most bizarre scene you’ve witnessed and captured on camera.

Show us the ONE photograph that you will be proud to call your best in 2013!

Email us a copy of the photograph that makes the cut to getahead@rediff.co.in ('My best photograph of the year'). Please make sure you mail us ONLY ONE photograph that you think is your best. 

Also make sure to include a little write-up of where and when you clicked the snap and what makes it your best/favourite photo of the year.

Beginning January 2, we will be publishing the best entries right here on Rediff.com. So hurry!

NOTE: Mails with multiple photographs will not be considered.
